Close to the main streets, shopping centers, restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean. Everything is perfect.

The place is equipped everything you need to feel comfortable for a longer stay (I have booked it for one month). It is really clean, warm and comfortable, gets a lot of daylight. Big screen TV, tasteful light colors. I loved the bits and pieces in the small kitchen - you can make your food without missing an adequate kitchen utensil. The washing machine and dishwasher (coming with dishwasher tablets) is a nice plus. No microwave but it was not needed. I especially was glad to find even a yoga mat in a storage place under the bed (whether it is an intentional adds-on or a previous guest left it behind, came very handy). Good wifi, quiet and safe building, peaceful atmosphere and even an elevator (the flat is on the second floor, but coming with a luggage it was really appreciated). The extra balcony across the entrance door has a good size (likely a big plus when the weather turns warmer). Well connected to public transport, within max 10 mins walk you find all type of stores and restaurants. Good price / quality ratio considering for the month of January ( the price goes up significantly for other months).

Location is great, very close to transport, cafes and restaurants. Max. 15 min tram ride to city and close to Westbahnhof. Very nicely furnished, I liked the colour scheme. Building had a lift, which is great when you have heavy luggage. Many apartments in Vienna don’t. Storage space good, drawers under bed came very handy. Large tall windows, nice and bright.

Comfortable spacious and warm apartment with a nice bed and good TV options. Nice bed sheets. Large bright windows and beautiful wooden floor. The apartment is well furnished. Great for a restful weekend visiting the city. The balcony is detached from the main flat but it is pleasant. Extremely easy public transport and great bakeries nearby.
