The room was very comfortable and very clean. There was great restaurants nearby and the tram just outside the door which was very convenient to get into the city. The aircon worked so well (it was 35°c when we were there) and the daily housekeeping was great. The tea I liked wasn’t restocked (not a complaint at all, they offer about 8 different types of tea!), however we asked someone in the office if we could grab a few from her and she was very generous and gave us an entire box. The cups were very clean and we got fresh towels everyday which was a lovely touch. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied which was great as well as a safe to store your belongings. We honestly really enjoyed this accomodation and loved the city of Vienna! Would 100% stay here again.

Easy to find, private code so felt safe. Beds were comfy, nice shower and toilet. Aircon. Coffee and tea. Good transport links

the room was spacious enough to accommodate my tastes, there were no unnecessary noises in and around the location, provided with a nice coffee machine, good lighting options made available to room occupants.

The rooms were extremely clean and modern. Comfortable beds and enough room for a couple. Location is nice and gives you the ability to explore Vienna on foot.
