We received a code for the outside entrance and our room. The studio that we were first directed to was not adequate (could not be locked), we put a complaint through a message communication and in about half an hour got a new and much more adequate accommodation.

if someone looks for accommodation just to sleep and go in the morning it's a good option. Priced reasonably, beds with comfortable mattresses, good access with only 5 minutes walk from the subway. Easy access to the room without talking to anybody.

It was quite okay for the price. Easily accessible as directed via WhatsApp chat. The mattress in my room was not so okay. There was no staff on site except thru WhatsApp which is not available for 24hrs. Although, they respond to chats at their earliest possible time during the day from about 9 or 10am. If you wish to extend your stay, you have to pay another "service charge" plus the number of days for extension. I think for someone in the property already and is just extending his/her stay, that should not have been necessary.
