Clean,spacious apartment,very good isolated and silent,our balcony was looking to garden. Metro U3 directly across the street, Lidl in ground floor of the building, Penny and Billa on the other side of the street. For exploring Vienna and not thinking and spending much time on transport and groceries, its a perfect choice for a stay.

1. Great location — there are two grocery stores, a DM (drugstore), a pharmacy, a metro station, and a tram stop right outside the building. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Vienna is just steps away. The area is quiet, especially at night, though it’s a more working-class neighborhood — so don’t expect scenic views from the balcony, just regular buildings and a clean street. 2. Dishwasher in the apartment, which I really appreciated, and they even provided dishwasher capsules. 3. Blackout curtains controlled by a wall switch made sleeping much more comfortable. I highly recommend trying it — it’s a great feature. 4. Large TV with access to anything you’d want to watch. 5. Price — for this location and amenities, the price is very reasonable, especially for Austria.

I loved my flat. It was really spacious and comfortable. It was also very quiet and well equipped.
