This is our second time here, very relaxing place with lovely food. The eggs Benedict for breakfast is exceptional! Sunset from the lookout tower is beautiful with a few drinks. They actually upgraded us to their new sister property next door ‘Samanzi’ but full use of both hotels facilities - this was very nice and we had a swim up room. Can’t wait to return sometime in Dec/Jan.

We arrived at 12 midnight from the coach from Harare. We were exhausted but security was there to greet us and showed us to our room which was gorgeous and do inviting. The chef for breakfast and lunch really takes care to make it taste good and attractively presented.

A beautiful property, the most delicious food and wonderfully warm and friendly staff! I genuinely loved my stay - the room was gorgeous, the lookout tower is such a lovely feature (as were the happy hour cocktails) and I honestly think the evening meal I had is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten!

Comfortable setting, beautiful layout with very kind, friendly and service minded staff. The outlook tower is a very special and attractive feature. Despite fully booked, it never felt crowded. We also like the name: Shongwe. Time has come to rename Victoria Falls to the more original and culturally more appropriate name ´Shongwe Falls’!
