Good location on Government Street close to the harbour and lots of restaurants. Large sunny room. The staff in reception were friendly but didn't help with requests.

Location is super good. Very close to downtown. But they don't provide slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. A little bit too noise in the evening. Someone singing in the evening.

Friendly staff, great location in the middle of downtown victoria. Our room was quiet and quite large. We were there Friday to Monday and didn't get any issues with noise that others mentioned, even when it was quite loud on the street on Friday/Saturday night
