Super clean and maintain Property Staff amazing Older hotel but very clean and quiet Location very central But location is full of drug users and transients people Would rebook there for sure now that I know it s a great place to stay

I had stayed at the Arbutus last year with my sister and we had a lovely suite with kitchen. This year I was on my own so asked for only a small room. It was certainly small as advertised. This was the least expensive room in the hotel with a double bed and about two feet of walking around space. Since I was mostly in the room to sleep, it wasn't too bad, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay.
