La Casetta Di Asia was an exceptional place to stay while we were in Vico Equense. It's only a 10 minute walk from the town centre and a 15 minute walk from the train station. We enjoyed the view from a large balcony with sun loungers and a table that we had all to ourselves. We couldn't have asked for a better view of the hills and sea, and the patio garden and lemon trees created such a dreamy atmosphere. The hosts were so helpful, providing us with bottles of water, snacks and soaps. Their friendliness made us feel very safe and accommodated. In terms of cleanliness, everything was perfect. The beds are comfy, property is cosy and there are shutters and AC to help with the heat. Facilities included a washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, bidet, shower, kettle, TV and more which further made our stay more relaxing. There is a coffee machine that sadly doesn't work, but that didn't affect us at all. Vico Equense itself has many cafes, small shops and an affordable grocery store. There are two stunning stretches of beach, one a 15 minute walk and the other accessible by frequent buses. The town is perfectly located between Naples and Sorrento, both of which you can easily reach by train. We never ran out of things to do. This place will have you dreaming to come back!!

The property was very clean and modern with all the facilities that are needed for a lovely stay, very suitable for a family. There are a number of stairs so I would not recommend this for anyone with mobility problems. There was a flat walk to the station Seiano, from which you can catch the trains frequently to Naples and Sorrento, including a stop at Pompei, from there you can reach Herculanium and Vesuvius. From the apartment there is a steep walk down to the marina, but there is a frequent bus service for returning. You can also walk up to the town where there is are food shops and places to eat.

It is only 5 minutes walk to the center of Vico equense. The train station is also quite near. We liked to sit on the terrace, enjoyed the view and had a barbecue. In the kitchen we found all the stuff you might need, including winglasses. The owner is very friendly, he even let us stay some hours longer, as we had a flight in the evening back home.
