A true gem in the heart of Vicksburg. A house that defies easy explanation . A building circa 1862 that has seen the lives and stories of many residents Andrew is a superb host , attentive and helpful but discreet and discerning a truly kind and warm man who made our stay even more enjoyable and of course a special mention to Clementine the K9 member of the house .The house is a masterpiece of eclectic design , having undergone extensive repairs and changes it now showcases the owners unique tastes many hours could and should be spent savouring the touches and flourishes , it really should be number 1 on anyones list to stay in VB , the rooms are as equally grand yet supremely comfortable as the rest of the house , this place wants for nothing and is a tribute and testament to the owners , breakfast is served each day at 08.30 hrs from a room with sweeping panoramas over the countryside and river .Evenings can be spent sitting on the porch watching the to and fro , but nights are quiet and restful
