Nice clean well accomodated apartment, enough space for family, beautifull view from the tower, located few minutes by walk from the town centre, shopping mall, pasticeria and beach as well. Giuseppe does not speak English/German, but translator always saved it. He aswered all questions and apartment was ready earlier than oficial check-in time. You could park in front of the house on the street, but you need to watch your tickets.

This was the perfect spot for work trip. Big rooms, comfortable, private desk area and from the top, best view in viareggio. Little market 50 yards away is wonderful. If you want to be right by the beach this is 15 minute walk but if here to be in the viareggio area for other reasons, this place was fantastic and I would def stay here again. Parking free and easy.
