We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Viareggio! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Our original booking was unexpectedly cancelled just 30 minutes before check-in, so we had to find a new place at the very last minute. Thankfully, this host accepted our request right away and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was ready for our arrival. We're really grateful and would definitely recommend this place to others!

The property was very spacious and well furnished. It was clean and contained everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and communicated information about checking in and out well ahead of time. He also checked in with us the next day to see that we had settled in ok, which I very much appreciated. The property is a short walk away from the railway station, close to an excellent supermarket and a lovely gellateria (Mimosa). It is also a short walk into the town centre/market, park and the beach. The Passeggiata is a lovely place to walk - with some beautiful architecture and sculpture to enjoy. Viareggio is an excellent base for a holiday, even out of season. In addition to enjoying the local area and restaurants we were able to have day trips to Lucca, Florence and Cinque Terre.
