The room was okay but very costly wrt the price I paid for it. The staff was very helpful and cooperative though. The room provided to us was still not fully renovated. But the staff took good care of us. I would have appreciated more if the rooms renovation was completed before we arrived. The bathroom had an opening to the kids room so all the bad smell from the toilet filled the entire suite and it was unbearable. The hotel staff fixed it only the second day. Over all the hotel location is perfect, staff was very polite and helpful but the hotel was surely over priced.

Great location, nice design decor, easy access to buses, and the castle. Bed comfortable, shower good, nice towels.
