Maciej is a wonderful host and his generosity is reflected in the beautiful loft apartment. It is a fascinating space filled with interesting books, art and music. We loved listening to the old vinyl records. The loft is very central and as Vianden is a small town everything is walkable. It was lovely to have a bath and the bed was very comfortable. Don't hesitate to book!

Fabulous stylish and spacious apartment. Great location in a beautiful part of Luxembourg. Love the self service wine corner and tea selection with honesty box such a great idea

This place doesn’t have a TV. I immediately panic. However the sound of Shirley Bassey singing Goldfinger ( Propellerheads remix) suddenly fills the apartment. My wife found the cd player. Then Ancien Cinema whispers to you. “You don’t need your phone.” “You don’t need your TV.” “Explore me” the apartment whispers. “I’ve been expecting you!” Explore we did. A terrific John Barry collection of James Bond soundtrack LP covers but no vynil. Damn. However the rest of the vinyl collection rewards and there is loads of it. The record player is on and It’s not long until we are dancing to vinyl in the huge kitchen . Wes Anderson books by the bedside. I wonder if the owner is Wes. Mancini, Blue Note and Miles Davis. You get the vibe. Steve McQueen stays here on his visits to Europe maybe that guy from Whiplash too. You can never have too much Polish Jazz on vynil, obviously! Bottles of wine to purchase for guests. Tea. Pizza. Now we are seduced by the apartment. Wish we had booked a longer stay. TV and phones are a thing of our old life. If you are staying in Vianden then do your senses a favour and stay here. Detox. Just like Bond we will return there’s more dancing to be done. Any chance we can get those bond Vinyl soundtracks next time?
