It's not the first time we stay at Hotel Margarida da Praça and for a good reason. It's super pet friendly: our small dog didn't pay anything to stay with us and we could also bring her to breakfast. It's hard to beat the central location, a couple of steps away from both the river-facing promenade and the old city centre. The breakfast is the perfect example of less is more if the quality is high - despite the offer being limited, everything on offer is delicious and of high quality. The shower is great with strong water pressure. The staff is friendly.
