We booked this property to attend a World Championship Sailing event at the nearby club. Location wise, it was ideal, a 5 minute walk from the town centre, so shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket all within walking distance. For the sailing and getting to/from the club each day, it's a 15 minute walk at best (I walked with a boot on due to broken ankle). The property itself was excellent, probably better than what we expected, and the best we've ever booked via booking.com. It was very clean, spacious. well furnished, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for your stay, and probably some things you wouldn't need - excellent all round. There is a toilet on the ground floor, a main bathroom on the 1st floor with a huge bath, and a rather excellent shower on the top floor. The hosts were very helpful with both communication before our stay, as well as providing a list of places to eat, and checking in to ensure everything was okay. They provided two keys for our stay which was a major bonus, as many places seem to assume you all go out and return at the same time. This would have been a major problem for us, so bonus points there. Wifi was available and seemed to average around 30Mbit/s which was fine for everything. There is a small outside court yard at the back which we used for drying sailing gear. All in all, an excellent place to stay which we would recommend to anyone, and especially those attending the sailing venue.
