Excellent value for a 2 bedroom apartment but happy for a range of other things such as: host helpful and keen to give local info, attention to detail for things that help the traveller such as plenty of sockets in useful locations for charging phones, touches like cold water and milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, small cakes. Things that we did not get in other apartments at twice the price. A large, quite old fashioned apartment with no one above you looking over the town street, but quiet. Great character. The main bedroom looking over the valley also had a bug screen on the window so I felt able to leave the window open. There are 2 fans as well. Everything was extremely clean. The large bed very comfortable. My daughter slept in the twin room and was comfortable. There are maps with local info and lots of restaurant cards and directions. A lot of effort has been put into helping the traveller who might only stay one night, and thinking about what is helpful to have and know and making everything easy to find which can be an issue for just a night.Parking easy just along the road. We enjoyed walking to a local restaurant and having an ice cream on the way back. Very private and relaxing. Be aware that there is only a hand shower in the bathtub and the electric hot water tank is not large. We were only 2 people but you'd need to have quick showers for more people, or wait a bit. Just don't try filling the tub!

Authentic Italian apartment located in the centre. Close walking distance to amenities. Great host! A beautiful apartment- a very unique style! Lovely bedrooms which were spacious and very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay on our walk on the via francigena. I would highly recommend this property!
