The location is incredible, close to Vik and the black coast, and nestled into a stunning hill. The little cabin was warm, clean, and comfortable, very well kitted out with tea, coffee, toaster, cutlery, etc. The owner met us within.miniutrs of contacting her and was friendly and helpful. It was also very good value for Iceland. I would highly recommend it!

Location is very quiet, although slightly remote, about 20 minutes drive to Vik. The house was very clean. The bedrooms on a small side.

Beautiful location, really quiet surrounded by wildflowers and mountains, really close to Vik and Black Sand beach etc Had everything we needed inside and out, woukd like to come back

If you are cheking for this kind of accommodation, probably you are looking for a quiet and isolated place or simply you find the hotels in the near town too expensive. This place perfectly meets both requirements. We were 10 people (2 families with 1 child each and 4 more friends, so 5 people each house) for 2 nights. Nice view on the glacier and on the countryside. We had BBQ on the available grill. Very comfortable. Bed sheets were included with the price (you may have some doubts from old reviews). A wonderful stay.
