It is located in a very quite place in the ending / starting point of the Vessa village. It keeps the architecture logic of the whole village, the property is very good equipped and the staff is so friendly. Logical prices which keeps a fair value for money. Very near to excellent beaches like Lithi.

We really enjoyed the location of Vessa. An old and calm city compared to the capital of the island, Chios. Moreover, even though it is not super close to the sea, it is centrally located in a way that allows you to travel to any beach location in the southern part of the island in max. 30 min. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of both sweet and salty things, just keep in mind that it is not a 5-star hotel. The two best things about Petrino Vessa are its staff and the accommodation itself. The staff is super friendly and tries to help you with all your needs. They do not speak a lot of English, just the basics, but we were able to communicate anyway. Secondly, the old houses in which you sleep are just great. Rooms are very simple, have ACs, and a small fridge. Beds are comfortable, but a bit smaller (I guess 140 cm wide). For us, the bed size was fine. Petrino Vessa has its own bar/restaurant which offers cocktails, wine, drinks, and simple meals. It was very nice to sit there and relax after exploring the island for the whole day. All and all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the southern part of Chios island.

Very helpful, smiley and friendly owners, Dora and Spiroz, who also ordered a drink for us. Location is in the Vessa village close to lithi beach of Chios, just a little bit quiet but great breakfast, clean and equipped room with a reasonable price. We stayed only one night but highly recommend and definitely hope to stay again next time. Thanks for everything.
