Stunning location, entrance in the courtyard overlooked by Juliet's balcony. Bustling crowds during the day, but security lets hotel guests through past the queues. After 7pm the gate is closed to tourists and you have the courtyard to yourselves (great photo opportunities here) and the hotel proprietor serves a glass of wine. Decent size rooms and bathrooms. Great staff with excellent restaurant recommendations. Perfect location for a short stroll to the opera.

Everything.Was.Perfect…. And I wish we were staying longer. As mentioned in other reviews, access to the courtyard outside of opening hours, is an absolute privilege. The room is gorgeous, spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The staff - so very kind. Grazie Mille for a wonderful experience.

The location was incredible. It was more than I ever could have dreamed of. We even got to watch a theatre performance from the comfort of our room. The well stocked fridge made up for there being no on-site restaurant and with amazing places to visit and eat just around the corner, you couldn’t ask for more.
