Breakfast was basic but was good and included in price. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are modern. Beds and beddings are ok. Tea / coffee is available at ground floor restaurent 24 hrs at a machine. Common Fridge is available at reception. Staff is very supportive. Overall we had a good experience.

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Verona. Don't be put off by the tired looking facade of the building. The rooms/bathrooms are reasonably sized and clean... They were cleaned daily during our 2-night stay. The buffet breakfast was included in the price and had plenty of choice, even for people with dietary requirements

The welcome from the man at reception was exceptional. He was so so lovely. The rest of the team were also wonderful. The room we had was large with a brilliantly sized bathroom. The bed was big and they had an extra duvet so my partner could make her side of the bed softer. You're able to buy drinks at the bar during the evening which was very pleasant. The hotel smelled really clean and nice (I really want to know what they use for cleaning!) Breakfast was a buffet with quite a few choices - bread, meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt and fruits. Very reasonably priced and the breakfast team were great. There is a bus right outside the hotel which takes you into town. We couldn't be happier with our stay!
