The staff were friendly and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a more spacious room on arrival. The location is very convenient — just steps from the train station, which made getting around effortless. Our room faced the inner courtyard, keeping it nice and quiet (though we'd note that rooms on the main avenue may be a different experience). The receptionist gave us genuinely good local recommendations, and breakfast was satisfying.

Lovely kind staff, very accommodating, even parked our car for us. Rooms are gorgeous, modern, clean and spacious. Only a short walk into the very center of Verona. Bonus points for the sweet dog!

Hello, Good Morning, Salve, I was very impressed with everything in the hotel starting from the discretion and professionalism of everyone in every single details. Safe area, clean room, Art Hotel for shure, every details were really appreciable. And safe parking closed. You can clearly tell that the owner has a lot of taste and a cool mind, taking care of each customers so as the employees happy to work there! A big thank you to every member of the staff.
