The house is even better than the pictures. Is fully equiped with an excellent location right on the beach in a small place next to Nea Kalilratia. Perfect for a family stay, cozy and clean. The hot tub was also a hit with the kids and the owner Lilia is one of a kind and it was available for every our demand! Only the best for this house and the owner!

A great house that combines modern and traditional, with a great garden. You practically walk down from the veranda and you’re on the beach.

The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location is wonderful, the house is right on the sea. You look out at Mount Olympus every day, which is stunning. It is a short 5-minute drive to the small town of Kallikrateia to the west and Sozopoli to the east. There's a supermarket even nearby too so even though you feel remote, you are never far from amenities. We were four people and the house was a perfect size for us. The place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a hit with the kids. We visited in the crisp, cold blue skies of December, which was very peaceful. An open fireplace would have made it perfect.

The Vila had an amazing view of the sea. The accommodations were excellent and the hosts had even prepared us a welcome drink. Thumbs up!
