Location- close to train station and access to other parts of the city. Bright, airy apartment. Very good instructions on how to access the keys. Quiet.

Very detailed explanation on how to find the keys. The owners are available and forthcoming via email. There is a big public parking exactly in front of the building (free of charge). Small kitchen, but you have all that you need for breakfast (working fridge, cutlery, etc.). A ventilator was available on site. This is no luxury accomodation, but it fully met expectations for one night stop in between cities and very good value for the money.

Spent three nights here in June '22 and enjoyed it very much. The proprietors are super-accessible and helpful. The apartment is on the top floor (of two) in the building, which in this case means you have a sloped ceiling to contend with on the street side. Very tall people, like me, will probably bump their heads once or twice. But the remainder of the space is regular-size and perfectly manageable. Amenities are excellent, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee bags. Bed is large and comfortable, bathroom excellent, wi-fi stable and fast. If you heat water in the kettle on the range, note that it's rather slow; fill the kettle with hot water to speed things up. There's no air-conditioning that I noticed, but I was there during a hot spell and, with the door open a crack at night, it was fine. The price point is excellent. Location is about ten minutes' walk from the train/bus station, and about the same from the riverfront area for drinks and dining. Note that if you're touring the battlefield sites around Verdun, the Tourist Office (across the bridge) rents electric bikes for 24 euros a day, or 36 for two days. It's a great way to get around.
