The location is central to Verbania-Pallanza. Shops and tourist activities (boat, street train, resturants) were easily accessible by walking. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom look newly refurbished. The breakfast was 'a la carte' rather than a flat price, which worked out to be much cheaper than the usual flat-rate charge.

Location close to the lake shore, embarkation point to the islands, free parking close by and numerous different bars. Staff were very helpful.

The location was wonderful, our room with a little balcony overlooked the lake, where you could watch the local markets set up and sell their goods in the piazza, breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us welcome, no matter how many silly questions we asked.

Our stay in Verbania was great. The rooms were clean and tidy, equipped with air conditioning and a very nice shower. Breakfast was à la carte and of good quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was fine, making it a recommended hotel.
