Everything. Great location, just across the street was the ferry terminal going to all the towns and islands on the lake. Bus stops outside the hotel. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes all with a short walk. The reception area has a welcome drink, with wine, juices, water, and coffee with lots of delicious cookies and snacks, which was very welcome after a long drive. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern with everything you need, including a kettle with tea/coffee and water and snacks free of charge. A safe and mini fridge was also in the room. The shower in the bathroom was fabulous. Plenty of nice toiletries. Last but by no means least, the staff were fantastic. They were so helpful and friendly.

Lovely stay! The staff were wonderful, breakfast was exceptional (everything most people could want) and a great location for restaurants, shops, cafes and ferry travel. Lots of lovely extra touches, and super child friendly.

LOVELY hotel and wonderful staff, who couldn't do enough for you. We had a wonderful stay here. It juts elt really homely. The breakfast was also excellent and the location was perfect, mins away from the waterfront and the ferry to visit the Islands and Stresa etc.
