The fine print
Please note that clients between the ages of 8 and 14 must be accompanied by an adult during their access to the spa, during special hours from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00. Children under 8 years old cannot access the spa. The spa is open every day from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Reservations of more than 5 rooms have additional conditions and supplements. The hotel allows pets up to a maximum weight of 9 kg with a supplement of 10 euros per pet per night.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

the location is beautiful, looking out over the golfcourse. The cleaning of the rooms every day is fantastic. Staff everywhere is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and evening meals are ok. A very nice golf course.

From start to finish - our stay was perfect. My daughter and I wanted a break away to relax and unwind and Valle de Este delivered on every front. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa facilities (the view out to the mountains is unreal) followed by a wonderful massage. Then dinner was great too, with a good selection of fresh, tasty and high quality options. We slept soundly and then enjoyed a hearty breakfast before leaving (which I really didn't want to do) I can only say I recommend the place without hesitation and can't wait to return as soon as I possibly can.
