We got the keys from the restaurant attached to the room. They allowed us to store our luggage there until our room was ready for us.

The location was great, really close to the Rialto Bridge, and the restaurant where we picked up the key was great too. Good food, friendly staff. The apartment was clean, with a terrific bathroom.
