Rooms are located on the first, second and third floor in a building without a lift.In this property, Green Pass is mandatory.Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: EUR 35 from 19:00 until 22:30, EUR 45 from 22:30 until 00:00, EUR 60 from 00:00 until 1:00. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ until 2:00 AM. It is not possible to make check in after 2AM, not even in case of unforeseen difficulty. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location was close to the train station and think walk less with luggage is better then walk around the city. Filippo help us for the Check in and was very Friendly! Get the only room with the small balcony looking to the street.

The location and the friendly staff! The room is really big and very clean and comfortable! The bed is really queen size with perfect mattress! The bathroom also is spacious! The view from the balcony is also great!
