The location is really outstanding Close enough to any place you may want to go, because Venice is really quite small, but in a quiet area with relatively little traffic. A leisurely 5 to 10 minute walk and you have lots of nice restaurants and anything else you might want. Rooms are spacious, and if you want to use it there is a hidden Terrace which is quite a surprise. I felt like a Venetian staying here. SO MUCH better than staying at a hotel. Castello is a very pleasant part of Venice. Knowing what I know now I would choose the same. The owner/operator is thorough and responsive. Also excellent.

Perfect location for visiting la biennale and exploring the city, quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with the host. Very clean and spacious appartment with all necessary equipment.
