Wonderful fully-equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden. Very friendly reception by owner when we arrived, who picked us up from the Vaporetto boat-stop, and showing us around the apartment. Dog-friendly place. Conveniently located ... 10 minutes by boat to go to city center and 10 minutes by boat to the Lido beach to let the dogs run (in winter time).

The property is really nice, great for a group with a beautiful private garden perfect for people not looking to eat out often. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, responsive and very hospitable. Any problems were immediately remedied.

The apartment is as described with all the necessary essentials. The location is very close to the boat terminal and so the access to public transport is very convenient. Not to forget, we also had a fabulous host who was very helpful throughout the stay. Would very much recommend this place to other.

Homely, comfortable, cool. In a relaxed area away from central Venice but within easy reach of all the sights, as well as Lido by using the water buses.
