Good location, we could leave our stuff after check out, warm enough room without using air condition ( there was an old one though, dunno if it's working though), clean room, private bathroom was old but also clean. It offers a kettle with two cups outside of the room in a shared room with old furniture, that's it.

Location was unbeatable - very central between St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a fridge to keep food. Good to be able to store luggage on day of departure.
