Perfect location with the supermarkets, water bus station just steps away. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious. I had a comfortable stay and was warmly welcomed by the property owner. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommended!

We loved being on Guidecca and escaping the crowds of Venice everyday. The apartment was very comfortable.

Good location in a quite neighborhood, close to the center, a shop is nearby. Clean and in general convenient. Heating was available. A girl met us in a vaporetto station and accompanied us to the apartment and showed everything.

Very well equipped, cozy, modern, warm apartment with perfect, just perfect location with picturesque view from the window but far away from crowds and noise. There is a supermarket, farmacy, vaporetto station in just several minutes walk from the apartments. And BONUS TIP - IN FRONT OF WATERBUS STATION THERE IS A CAFE WITH CHEEPEST AND THE MOST DELICIOUS SNACKS IN VENICE, AND THE BEST COFFE. IF YOU ARE THERE, PLS GIVE REGARDS TO THE OWNER, HIS NAME IS JOUZEPPE FROM ANNA FROM CYPRUS😉
