Excellent location, quiet and cozy – just what we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful details: tea, coffee, muffins, and water left on the table by the shared balcony made us feel very welcome. One of the best parts was walking into the cool, fresh air after arriving from the +35°C heat outside – the AC was already on, which was such a thoughtful and refreshing touch. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm and well-prepared stay

Central, but still quiet location with view to a quiet canal from our room. Spotless clean, both the rooms and the baths are cleaned and organised every day. Grocery shop, bars, Gelateria nearby, pizza place next to the entrance from the square. 5-7 mins walk to the nearest Vaporetto station to get to the main attractions or to the direction of Piazzale Roma. Also, I recommend to walk for dinner in the direction of Piazzale Roma, there are a lot of local bars / restaurants next to the canals where also the locals eat. The room had wine- and water glasses, cups for coffee / tea (electric kettle and a coffee machine as well). The minibar could easily store two bottles (f.e.: wine or Prosecco, Aperol, water) and some fruit, prosciutto and cheese for breakfast (which was really important for us in Italy to taste as much as we could). Balcony facing the inner garden and the "living room" are for common use. The balcony was also our favourite, had our breakfasts and some snacks "outside". Direction and photos of how to get to the flat was communicated via WhatsApp the day before arrival, it was easy to get the key and get in. We definitely would come back and stay here.
