Monica was proactive in her communication and greeted us warmly on our arrival, which included an in-depth introduction to the apartment and area. The apartment had a great sized bedroom and living area, fully functional kitchen and separate bathroom. Having a washing machine was great. The location is still only 10 minutes from St Mark's Square and 6 from the Rialto Bridge as well as close to a few vaporetto stoos but was a lot less busier than the main tourist areas. We saw gondolas pass our window but was very quiet to sleep.

The apartment was spacious, clean and the location was perfect. Close to all the main sites! Also airco was also nice in the summer.
