Hi, I stayed in your hotel from 31st of August until 5th of September in room number 3302. And I had a rose gold necklace, traditional style rose gold necklace, wrapped in a tissue. It was among my stuff. After the cleaners came and gone, I couldn't find it. I checked out yesterday. I still can't find it. Could you please just search your hotel or whatever lost and found items you have? Because I don't have it with myself. I've lost so many stuff when I came to your hotel. Could you please make sure that you search your stuff properly? Because this is a necklace. It's a memorial from my late mother. I lost my mom. And it's very important for me.
