The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind and took the time to show us around the entire room upon arrival. She was always available whenever we needed anything and made us feel truly welcome. Our stay was absolutely amazing thanks to her hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The hostess was super attentive and helpful. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and the cook went the extra mile to provide some healthy options as well.

We got an apartment with a lovely view to the canal. The rooms ware large (especially for Venice), clean and comfortable.

A great spacious room in a quieter location, mini bar, and coffee facilities. Very comfortable bed with nice linen. Cleaned daily and the breakfast was exceptional.
