Early check-in is available only upon request and must be confirmed by the host, with the following surcharges:
• From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €30 surcharge
• Before 12:00 PM: €50 surcharge
Additional fees must be paid in cash during check-in.A late check-in fee of €50 applies for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, payable in cash at check-in. All arrivals after 8:00 PM must be prearranged and approved by the host, who reserves the right to refuse due to personal commitments.For any late check-out, a request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and confirmed by the host. If approved, late check-out is possible until 2:00 PM with a surcharge of €30, payable in cash at departure.
Please note: all check-outs, whether standard or late, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to allow the host to arrange a property inspection prior to the guest's departure.For late check-out, the standard time is until 10:00. A request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and confirmed by the Host. If approved, late check-out is possible until 2pm, with a surcharge of €30. Payment must be made in cash at the time of departure.

Great location - really nice/quiet part of Venice with good restaurants around. Riccardo was a wonderful host, he provided excellent recommendations, and was very kind to accommodate us when there was an issue with disposing or fubbish. He also gave us a nice welcome gift! The apartment is well laid out, and is a nice big space - it was helpful to have a separate entryway, the bed was comfy, and overall the apartment was clean. And, well-stocked with coffee pods and a fridge!

Nice clean apartment with very good shower room and coffee machine with pods. Very good location near good breakfast cafes and restaurants. Close to waterbus stop. Riccardo gave us good information.
