Alessandra and her staff could not do enough to make our stay wonderful. It was our wedding anniversary and we arrived to Prosecco snacks a celebration message and decorative towels. On the day we left I was given a beautiful Murano glass necklace to remind me of our visit.The breakfast was tasty and plentiful a great start to the day. Beautifully decorated and clean and being on the grand canal was wonderful location and amazing to look out onto while eating breakfast

My family and I liked everything about this hotel: 1. the friendly host - Alessandra was very welcoming and helpful! She advised where to go and what to see, helped us to organise our time in Venice that we could see as many things as possible. She helped booking tickets for Doge's Palace to save our time. I could go on and on to praise her friendly and welcoming nature! 2. the location of this hotel is amazing. It is very close to most major sightseeing places. 3. the hotel itself is very beautiful, clean, and charming. It has its unique atmosphere! Our beds were very comfortable too.

I loved the over the top decor, the staff were all very kind and accommodating, the views and location couldn’t be beaten and the breakfast was generous and delicious. I’m only sorry I was just there for one night!

Alessandra is a very welcoming (and multilingual) hostess. Everything was well organised with instructions sent in advance etc. The property is ideally situated, near the Rialto and (important for opera goers, the Teatro Malibran). Everything was spotlessly clean. The tiny hotel is in a very quiet environment. I would recommend it.
