The location was fantastic- everything on your door step in a non touristy area full of local gems. It was quiet, clean and spacious. Fabio welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around the flat, he was helpful and friendly. He recommended the bakery close to the flat which was our go to for our stay- thank you Fabio! The flat was far bigger and more spacious than it appeared in photos and we cooked using the kitchen. We also enjoyed the tea and espresso machine provided. It was a lovely stay and good value for money.

The big space, the washer, sufficient mirrors, cosy apartment and good location made our stay very comfortable. Fabrio the host is very responsive and well versed in English.

Amazing hosts, Paola was super nice and met us on the street since the apartment is not easy to find when you first arrive. The apartment was decent for 3 people and location is great (short walk to vaporetto, close to many restaurants and attractions like Rialto)
