Da regolamento regionale, l’aria condizionata sarà attiva dalla fine di Aprile a metà Settembre e il riscaldamento da fine Settembre a metà Aprile.
La temperatura consentita all’interno delle abitazioni è di 24°-26° per l’aria condizionata e 20°-22° per il riscaldamento, che potrà essere regolato da remoto dal nostro staff. Per il condizionamento, sono installati dei dispositivi che si attiveranno con l’inserimento dell’apposita chiave che troverete in appartamento e si spegneranno automaticamente quando uscirete di casa portando con voi le chiavi.INFO HEATING / AC
As per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°.
This can be controlled and settled remotely by our staff.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
