The location is close to Rialto Bridge and only a short walk (approx. 15 min) to San Marco, depending on how much shopping you do underway :-) Very uncomplicated host, who was providing good description and maps to find the apartment, as it was around the corner from the main building. Very clean and lovely renovated.

Ths apartment was very nice, comfortable and we had anything we needed. The host was excellent and assisted with all our inquiries and made suggestions so we had a pleasant stay in Venice.

Lovely location on a fairly busy street. Extremely welcoming from the start and the facilities were good. No tea/coffee in the rooms but a pot of coffee/hot water the following morning was a nice start. Convenient places to grab snacks etc locally.
