A beautiful and charming hotel in a perfect location, quiet yet very close to the main attractions. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our experience even more special — truly appreciated. The room was elegant, spotless, and very comfortable.

We’ve been to Venice several times but this was our first visit for about 8 years. We were impressed with the reviews and it definitely didn’t disappoint! It’s a beautiful hotel in a palazzo with many original features. A fantastic location and very easy to walk everywhere. The staff were just brilliant. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. We were very lucky as March is one of the quieter months by Venice standards. Every staff member we met was smiling and helpful. The hotel bar is comfortable and extremely well run. A great place to return to in between long Venetian wanderings. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!
