The rubbish it was a problem for us. Always we have to drop it otherwise it was a penalisation of 300€

Location is perfect, ferry straight from airport to Rialto walk over bridge and apartment 5 mins away. So if you are looking for an apartment easy to get to and get around Venice this is in a perfect position.

The property was centrally placed with a couple of minutes of Rialto bridge. It was as described, comfortable and clean. The staff member who checked us in was helpful and provided us with details of restaurants etc.

The size is very good for family or group of friends . Living room spacious and good sunlight . Kitchen full of utilities , everything you need . ( fridge , freezer , oven , microwave, kettle , coffee machine , cooker , pans , plates and cups ) Bedroom ( both good sizes and for people who have big luggages ) both room is spacious. Toilet clean and water heater works perfectly but just a reminder the shower box is a standard European house size. Balcony with chairs and table for breakfast and some fresh air . Location is good for restaurant and cafe . Near Rialto bridges as one of the most famous place in Venice . 5 mins walk there is a fresh market for morning and people who want to cook . Supermarket is ( Spar & Coop ) right in front of Rialto vaperetto stop. 8mins walk right across Riva del Vin street . Wifi is good Owner can be contact all the time so if you have issue there always someone for help Next door is a caffe open early , good coffee and good sandwiches, Another restaurant next door ( Madonna ) the crab dishes is really good for the price . The next alley there is a classic restaurant selling fried pasty with fish fill ( you can only taste this good stuff here ) don’t miss it
