We were in Venice during the week when all water taxis were booked out. Really appreciated the fact the apartment is within walking distance to Venice Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. The apartment is charming with modern furniture styled together old wooden furniture that suits the style of a Venetian home.

Lovely spacious apartment for a family or group of friends. Very good contact with the host, Pietro. It had all we needed - washing machine is a big plus! Perfect location, nice restaurant are just round the corner and so are the vaporetto stops. We all really loved it!

This was a perfect spot for our family during our 3 day visit to Venice. The location is absolutely perfect because it's only a 10 minute walk from the train station and bus station (from here it's about 15-20 minutes to the airport). We got to the place easily with several large suitcases without having to require the service of any of the porters. Getting in and out of Venice itself was easy. If you are fit and healthy, you can easily walk almost everywhere in Venice without needing to jump on any boats. If you have the pass for the ferry, it's even more convenient because there's a stop just 2 minutes walk away. The apartment itself was very charming with 3 spacious bedrooms. The living room area was very cute. The kitchen was a bit smaller, but we didn't use it at all on this trip.
