Really close to key sights in the San Marco area. Lovely decor and furniture in the Venetian style - beautiful! Quiet area to stay in as well.

Wonderful location. Quaint decoration. Staff were friendly. Bathroom was compact but functional. We had a little noise from the neighbouring room but were exhausted from sightseeing so it didn't matter. Bed wasn't the comfiest and definitely better when the second pillow was requested. Overall a lovely little place.

The team at Residenza San Maurizio is absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional, and very well organised. We arrived late at night and everything was arranged so smoothly that the whole experience felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. The location is incredible. You are right in the heart of everything, with only a 7 minute walk from the San Marco water bus stop. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect to relax in after a busy day exploring Venice. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. It is a real gem for the price.

The location of the accommodation is great. The room we had overlooked another room. The room was really small, and so was the bathroom with a shower. But we only spent two full days there and spent most of our time outside, so it didn’t bother us that much. The cleanliness and quality of the room weren’t 100%; the older furnishings, in particular, and the blanket we slept under didn’t seem very nice to us. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. If you aren’t too picky and just need a place to sleep and be in the center of Venice, then I definitely recommend it. Amenities: towels (changed daily), hair dryer Not in the room: refrigerator, electric kettle For five euros per person, you can order breakfast. Packaged cookies, crackers, jam, Nutella, tea, instant coffee (electric kettle and mugs).
