Staff were great and helpful. Great location. Dirty under the bed and on top of wardrobe. Rodolfo was very helpful and let us leave our bags after we checked out as late flight. Very comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect! Room, location is super comfortable, only 2 min walk from vaporetti station, so you don’t need to drag your bags for too long and it’s 10 min to the very city center. Modern, clean, no smell , great Ukrainian workers who were very helpful and nice ❤️

We stayed for two nights in a room at this beautiful small house in the heart of Venice. It is perfectly located, several minutes walk from San Marco center, yet away from the crowds. The house and the room are nicely arranged and equipped. Everything is perfectly clean. Very good breakfast. Several good restaurants around. Super kind and helpful hosts - Thank you Rodolfo!
