Location is excellent, 10 min walk from arrival at piazalle roma. Staff are lovely, very helpful and speak very good English. Very clean.

Location near a fun square so kids could play away from the canals. Bars good 👍 and close

The room was clean and bathroom was nice and modern. I mentioned it was my birthday during my stay and they organised balloons and HP message, which was quite sweet.

Very practical and comfortable room, very kind staff. On lovely Campo santa Margherita, and very close to the main attractions. I will definitely come back when visiting Venice again
