We couldn't have asked for a better home base. Being 5 minutes from Rialto and 10 from San Marco felt like having the best of Venice at our doorstep. The space was immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet, providing a serene escape from the city crowds. Everything functioned flawlessly, and Nicola’s hospitality was the cherry on top. A flawless experience from start to finish!

The check-in was very convenient, everything smoothly negotiated over whatshapp. Similar with check-out. The best thing about the place is its location. Less than 5 minutes to the most frequently visited places. Additionally to all the restaurants and shops, there is a supermarket just down the street. I come to Venice regularly, this was among the most conveniently placed locations. We also really liked that there were two rooms with beds. Perfect when traveling with family. Nicely equipped kitchen and unusually large bathroom are a nice plus. So is the terrace - when the weather is good, it's a lovely place to get a coffee.
