Mark “Great location, amazing staff and great rooms”

Plenty of space for 4 people, excellent facilities and absolutely the most friendly staff! The location is amazing! Within a couple of minutes walk to either St Mark's Square or Rialto bridge and overlooking the canal with the gondolas going past on a regular basis. The lady on reception is super helpful and helped to make the trip even more special for us with her excellent advice.

Amazing! I can’t stress that enough. Vanessa consistently went over and above for us, accomodating our late arrival, she also helped us when our transfer out of Venice was cancelled. She absolutely saved us! The location is incredible walking distance to everything, so close to both san Marcos square but also the Rialto bridge, and yet so quiet. Highly recommend - the room was so spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay. Incredible location right in the middle of all the areas/sights and we caught a water taxi to the front door! Vanessa was the most wonderful, warm and welcoming host sharing information about Venice, what to see and where to eat etc. We loved the apartment, the air conditioning, the shutters which made the rooms completely dark & quiet. One of the best places we stayed! Highly recommend.
