The staff was good let me keep my luggage from 11-3pm helped with the directions and room was clean according to the amount i paid for the heater was working the toilet was clean the room was good.

Cosy, comfortable, great location, we loved it, great atmosphere, all you need for several days in Venice. Two minutes away from San Marco. And oh, we love Venice!
